A stand-collar check shirt.

The neckline is intentionally cut slightly wider, with a relaxed width through the body. The length is somewhat long, and deep side slits create a soft silhouette that feels closer to a blouse than a conventional shirt.

The check pattern is designed to avoid looking like a typical casual check shirt.
Paired with the relaxed silhouette and longer length, it gives the pattern itself a slightly quieter impression.

GIZA cotton is used for both the warp and weft.
We specially developed a lustrous yarn with the nap intentionally removed, then wove it on an air-jet loom.

The low nap allows the checks to appear with clean definition, while the surface gains the smoothness and refined luster characteristic of GIZA cotton.

For the finishing treatment, camellia oil, also used in hair care, is applied.
It adds softness to the fabric, giving it a supple hand when touched in contrast to the neat appearance of the checks.

It is a check shirt, but slightly different from what is generally associated with a check shirt.
We want you to wear it on its own like a blouse, making the most of its longer length and deep slits.
