— Atto Vannucci / Sette Pieghe —

Atto Vannucci is a tie brand created by Sevenfold, a company founded in Florence, Italy, in 2011 by Kenji Kaga.

The brand’s signature is the “Sette Pieghe”—a seven-fold construction made from a square piece of fabric nearly twice the size of a standard tie, without using interlining.

Rather than shaping the tie with interlining, the fabric itself is folded over and over to create thickness and dimension. Light and supple like a scarf, it ties with an airy softness while creating natural volume from the knot through the V-zone.

The entire process is fully handmade.
Every detail, from the construction to the movement of the needle, is entrusted to skilled artisans, resulting in a soft fullness and richly dimensional character distinct from that of a typical three-fold tie.

For this edition, we created a two-color panel stripe exclusively for cliché.

Silk cotton with an elegant sheen and moderate firmness is used for the fabric.
The width, height, and placement of the stripes were all carefully adjusted so that, when the jacket is buttoned, the tie appears at first glance to be a solid color.

Open the jacket and the stripes appear; button it and the tie takes on a quiet, understated look.
The expression changes depending on how it is tied and how the V-zone is shaped—this is a Sette Pieghe made for cliché.
