— Heavyweight American Cotton Sweat Fabric —
This garment is made from heavyweight loopback sweatshirt fabric woven with American cotton.
It has a substantial weight, with a firm looped texture on the reverse.
While rooted in the texture of classic sweatshirts, the fabric has been updated for a contemporary wearing experience.
This pullover is constructed using the fabric crosswise.
The fabric is intentionally cut across the grain to prevent vertical stretching and loss of shape,
with the overall balance adjusted so that it naturally harmonizes with the tension of the ribbing and gusset.
Following the principles of old-school sweatshirts, exemplified by reverse weave construction,
we have taken care not to make the appearance excessively rugged.
The seams are finished with two-needle stitching rather than overlocking.
