WW Ⅱ Work Trousers 〔INDIGO〕
WWⅡ Work Trousers
— 10oz Selvedge Denim —
The fabric is 10-ounce lightweight selvedge denim.
The warp yarns are rope-dyed indigo and the weft yarns are gray, creating a deep, nuanced color while retaining a lightweight feel.
while the black version uses sulfur-dyed black warp yarns and off-white weft yarns for a look that doesn’t feel heavy.
While retaining a moderate firmness, repeated wear and washing create natural fading and wear patterns,
This fabric offers a light, refined patina over time, distinct from heavy denim.
giving them the appearance of authentic painter pants at first glance.
But on closer inspection, you’ll notice overlapping stitches and felled seams appearing on the outside of the sides,
there are details throughout that might make you wonder, “Wait, is this B-grade?”
To expose the selvedge that would normally be hidden,
we deliberately removed the guides for the felled seams before sewing.
It’s a design that makes the factory groan, but knowing that,
We added a cantáte-style twist by finishing all 100 pairs to look “B-grade.”
The zipper uses a vintage-style bell-shaped TALON.
The silhouette features a deeper rise and a straight leg that falls cleanly and heavily.
Rolling them up to show the selvedge is another pleasure unique to these pants.
"Where did you get those vintage pants?"
If someone asks you that, answer proudly:
They look vintage, yet they exist nowhere else.
That’s the kind of pair these are.
We’ve written a BLOG post about these painter pants, so please take a look.
