A densely woven fabric made with fine-count linen for the warp and washi paper yarn for the weft.

The addition of washi gives it structure and a dry touch while maintaining a lightness that keeps it from feeling too heavy.

Designed with a vintage-like character in mind, this fabric is treated with a hard wash to create lightning wrinkles and areas of wear, with further care taken throughout the finishing process.

It is a garment positioned between a shirt and a blouson.

All structural seams are enclosed. By concealing the seam allowances and thoroughly reducing the amount of detail on the inside, it feels exceptionally quiet against the skin when worn.

The three-dimensional form is created with lines, not decoration.

The way the shoulder falls into the sleeve is also adjusted entirely through the pattern. While functioning as a blouson, the comfort remains an extension of that of a shirt.

The balance of lightness and structure is excellent, and it does not cling to the skin even during humid periods. Matching M-51 pants are also available in the same fabric.
