A double-breasted Chesterfield coat made from British wool pile Melton.

The fabric is densely woven to give it substantial thickness and a rounded, full-bodied feel.
Despite its weight and substance, it feels remarkably soft to the touch. Its distinctive texture is created through an extensive finishing process after weaving.

To create a beautifully even pile, brushing and shearing are repeated over the course of approximately 1–2 months.

Rather than raising and evening the fibers all at once, the pile is gradually brushed up, with the tips carefully trimmed each time.
By repeating this process again and again, the pile achieves a uniform height and a deep, dimensional texture that is dense yet soft.

The silhouette is that of a double-breasted Chesterfield coat.

The coat is given ample volume throughout, creating a loose form that sits away from the body.
At the same time, the thickness and resilience of the fabric keep the outline from collapsing, preserving the refined character of a Chesterfield coat despite its relaxed proportions.

The buttons are made from genuine buffalo horn.
Cotton cupra is used for the body lining, while the sleeves are lined with cotton silk. Even in areas hidden from view, materials are selected according to their individual purpose.

Corduroy is also used inside the pockets.
It reduces the chill when you slip your hands in, allowing the pockets to function as hand warmers.

From the outside, what you see is the soft pile and the generous outline of the coat.

From the 1–2 months of fabric-making that create its character to the pocket interiors revealed only when you place your hands inside.
