The material is Suvin cotton, an extra-long-staple cotton grown in southern India.
Among it, only the first-picked cotton is selected to create “Suvin Gold.” Its fine, long fibers give it a smooth hand and natural luster despite being cotton.

The Suvin Gold is spun into three-ply yarn, then hand-crocheted one garment at a time by artisans.

It takes approximately one week for a single artisan to complete one garment.
Even the stitches, which would be uniform in machine knitting, retain the subtle irregularity unique to handwork. The resulting three-dimensional knit structure and the refined sheerness characteristic of crochet give this knit its distinctive expression.

At first glance, layering a knit over a T-shirt may seem like it would be hot, but wearing it feels different.
