EYEVAN began in 1972 with the concept of “wearable eyewear.” It earned high praise overseas and attracted attention from around the world. Among its products was the “EYEVAN CRAFT” series, created by the craftsmen of the time using their finest techniques. In 2013, “EYEVAN 7285” was launched based on the design and manufacturing methods of “EYEVAN CRAFT,” dismantling and reconstructing its components with the aim of making what they truly wanted to make.
Continuing the craftsmanship established at the time, all planning, design, and manufacturing are carried out in Japan. The brand name 7285 was inspired by the products and concepts from EYEVAN’s founding in 1972 through its global debut in 1985, and was chosen to carry on that spirit and express respect for it.
