A stand-collar check shirt.

The neckline is intentionally cut slightly wide, while the body is given a relaxed fit. The length is somewhat extended, and deep side slits create a soft silhouette closer to a blouse than a conventional shirt.

The check pattern, too, is designed to avoid the look of a typical casual check shirt.
Paired with the relaxed silhouette and longer length, it gives the pattern itself a quieter presence.

GIZA cotton is used for both the warp and weft yarns.
We specially developed a lustrous yarn with the nap intentionally removed, then wove it on an air-jet loom.

With minimal surface fuzz, the checks appear crisp and clear, while the fabric gains the smoothness and refined luster characteristic of GIZA cotton.

For the final finish, camellia oil, also used in hair care, is applied.
By adding softness to the fabric, it creates a supple hand feel that contrasts with the neat appearance of the check pattern.

It is a check shirt, but slightly different from what is typically meant by a check shirt.
Take advantage of the longer length and deep slits to wear it on its own like a blouse.
