This piece is crafted from French-made, premium calfskin known as Barenia.
Originally developed for use in saddlery, it is finished through a combination tanning process based primarily on vegetable tannins, with a small amount of chrome tanning.
The leather has a supple hand and a naturally lustrous depth, developing greater character the more it is used.
Even scratches become part of its character, preserving the marks of its owner's life and habits.
