The warp yarn in the NOIR color uses rope-dyed sulfur black, while the weft is also sulfur black.
From sizing the greige yarn through weaving, each process is carried out with care, allowing the characteristic slubs of linen to appear naturally across the surface.
Despite the substantial feel of 10oz denim, this fabric has fluidity and a natural drape, creating a light yet dimensional material.
The appearance is refined, but the construction is that of a thoroughly straightforward pair of slacks.
The fabric used is the same 10oz linen denim as the blouson above. The structure of these trousers is built around both lightness and fluid drape.
The key choice in this model is the use of felled seams.
Rather than the pressed-open seams common in conventional slacks, we deliberately use a workwear-inspired construction.
By using felled seams along the inseam and seat seam, the seam allowances interlock and distribute stress during wear.
As a result, the lines resist losing their shape even with extended wear, and the drape from the waist to the hem remains stable.
The silhouette is intentionally and distinctly wide.
While based on straight lines, it incorporates subtle curves in places to create a balance that does not lean solely toward ruggedness.
The waist sits comfortably without excess, while the cut remains unrestricted from the thighs to the hem, allowing the trousers to fall naturally and straight.
The characteristic slubs and softness of linen appear in motion not as “rigidity” but as “room to breathe.”
