Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping
A flat shipping fee of ¥1,100 (including tax) is charged per shipping destination.
International Shipping
International shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on the destination country or region and the contents of your order.
Customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes and public charges incurred in connection with international shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
These taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and may be billed directly to you by the shipping carrier or relevant authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Payment
We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paidy.
Your credit card information is processed securely through our payment service provider without being held directly by our company.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by email, phone, or chat.
After reviewing the details, we will provide the bank account information for the transfer. Please note that we cannot reserve items based solely on an inquiry.

Consumption Tax
Prices for sales within Japan include consumption tax.
Consumption tax rate: 10%
Fractions of less than 1 yen are rounded down.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are delivered via Yamato Transport.
If no delivery date is specified, we will ship your order for the earliest possible delivery.
Orders are generally shipped within two business days after the order and payment have been completed.
However, shipping or delivery may take additional time in the following cases.
・When your order includes preorder items, made-to-order items, or other products with a predetermined shipping period
・When we need to confirm details such as the order contents or shipping information
・When delays occur due to weather, traffic conditions, circumstances involving the shipping carrier, or other unavoidable reasons
・When our store’s closure days fall within the period
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to your registered email address.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, weather, traffic conditions, and other circumstances.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures or circumstances involving the shipping carrier after the item has been shipped.
We do not accept refusals of delivery, returns, or cancellations on the grounds of refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes and public charges.
If an item is returned to our store due to refusal of delivery or other circumstances attributable to the customer, you may be responsible for the shipping charges, customs duties, fees, and other costs incurred in connection with the return.
Changes to the shipping address or order details
After your order has been shipped, we may be unable to accept changes to the shipping address or order details, or cancellations.
Please carefully check your shipping address and order details before finalizing your order.
