ANGEL RING
A pinky ring with a softly rounded form.
Designed to be worn on the little finger, it has a substantial volume without sharp edges, shaped with gentle curves.
It retains the presence of a classic ring while maintaining a balance that does not make only the fingertip appear overly pronounced.
The exterior is made of SILVER 950, with a low-luster matte finish.
Rather than making the silver shine intensely, the finish allows soft shading to emerge across the rounded surfaces.
As it is worn, fine scratches and luster accumulate, allowing the way each person uses it to gradually remain on the surface.
K18 is used on the inside, where it touches the skin.
Visible from the outside is the quiet SILVER 950.
Once the ring is slipped onto the finger, the hidden interior reveals soft golden K18.
Two metals with different colors and textures are used distinctly on the exterior and interior.
The inside is also engraved with fine detailing inspired by “angels exchanging messages at night.”
The serial number and year are likewise engraved on the inside.
Although each is the same ANGEL RING, a different number and moment in time remain with every piece.
AVM is a jewelry brand based in Nemuro, Hokkaido, where Hiromichi Furukawa handcrafts each piece individually.
He draws forms from natural objects, antique designs, and things he happens to pick up, then translates them into materials such as metal and horn.
ANGEL, too, is not a ring completed solely by what can be seen from the outside.
On the exterior is the quiet outline of matte SILVER 950.
Inside are K18, angels exchanging words at night, and the unique number and year assigned to that individual piece.
