Made from lightweight 10oz selvedge denim.

The warp yarns are rope-dyed indigo, while the weft is gray, creating a color tone with depth and lightness.

The black version pairs sulfur-dyed black warp yarns with off-white weft yarns for an appearance that avoids feeling overly heavy.

Despite its lightweight construction, the fabric has a moderate firmness, developing natural wear patterns and gentle fading through repeated wear and washing.

Its character lies in an easy, refined evolution over time, distinct from heavier denim.

The design is based on the simplified workwear born under wartime material controls during World War II.

We have reconstructed, from a contemporary perspective, the rationality of that era’s garments, pared down to only the essential elements.

Rather than leaning too heavily into ruggedness, we focused on a balance that is easy to wear every day.

The contrast stitching is not intended to make a bold statement;

it quietly accentuates the overall outline without disrupting the garment’s atmosphere.
