A symbol of adulthood.

Leather has always been a distant garment.

When I was a child, a leather jacket was “a symbol of adulthood.”

Something you wear someday.

it is something you wear when the day comes that it suits you.

But in truth,

It grows more flattering the more you wear it.

Good evening.cantáte Matsushima here.

The story of the processed denim will have to wait for another day.

Today, only leather.

This season’s leather began with the “material” before the design.

Leather chosen from a philosophy

Buffalo buttons and double-welt buttonholes

Irregularly shaped shell shank buttons

Buttonholes carefully trimmed by hand to ensure the buttons pass through smoothly

What we use isSpanish Heavyweight Sheepskin

We select large hides close to 100 ds from Spanish meat breeds.

Compared with the typical hides of around 70 ds, the presence of the surface is entirely different.

Why insist so much on size?

Until now, we have explained it as “eliminating joins to accommodate fabric yield.”

But to be precise, it is slightly different.

The reason is,For the silhouette.

Just as with fabric garments, eliminating horizontal joins makes leather fall into drapes as effortlessly as fabric.

Conversely, when the pieces are finely divided and joined together like patchwork,

Even with the same pattern, the way it falls becomes entirely different.

Leather with many joins takes on a certain rigidity in its lines.

When the surface is divided, the flow of air comes to a stop.

What I am aiming for is

A leather garment that falls like fabric.

That is why we choose large hides.

This may not be the nicest way to put it,

We do not believe in making garments for our customers from ingredients meant for staff meals.

The larger the usable area of a single hide,

The garment grows quietly stronger.

The tanning processChrome-tanned in Japan.

It is given substance, yet feels astonishingly soft to the touch.

its appearance settles like calfskin, while the fingertips discover the characteristic suppleness of sheepskin.

As it is worn,Its sheen deepens, puckering emerges along the seams, and the flaps curl.

That is not a finish, but a trace of time.

That is why,Waterproofing spray is strictly forbidden.

Leather’s greatest weakness is being prevented from breathing.

This leather is not meant to flaunt its strength,

Leather designed for everyday life.

When you hear “Le Corbusier Jacket,” a certain archetype probably comes to mind.

But to be honest, I was never particularly fond of that original.

The balance of the garment’s proportions and front placket.

It never quite settled onto my own body.

That is why,We reconstructed it.

the flaps curl back with wear, while the W-stitching develops enjoyable puckering

Although single-breasted,a front with a deep overlap that gives it the appearance of a double-breasted jacket.

Making a bold statementChest pocket and waist pockets.

Irregular flaps. Double stitching.

the appearance is similar.

Yet,The center of gravity is entirely different.

A boxy silhouette. Dropped shoulders.

A length that is neither too short nor too long.

A balance that heavy leather cannot achieve.

Soft, with a broad surface, the sheepskin falls naturally.

The lining iswool-back-satin gabardine.

The sleeve lining isSax blue and white cupra stripe.

The buttons are buffalo horn.

The sleeve buttons feature irregular black mother-of-pearl.

We do not cut corners in the unseen parts.

That is what determines a garment’s refinement.

If he were still alive, he would surely choose this one.

We infused it with light irony and a sense of play.

The other style is a more relaxed 2B leather jacket.

For those who have found leather coats too heavy.

Tubular sleeves. No vent. A pared-back design.

The length falls between a chore coat and a half coat.

the shoulders are dropped and the body is boxy.

Like a well-worn work jacket,

Leather that grows with you.

The large waist pockets and their pocketing are thoughtfully designed as well, so please feel them for yourself.

there is a collar hanger that is a welcome touch

With the details pared back,The texture of the materials and the silhouette come to the fore.

Because it is soft sheepskin, layering feels natural.

does not feel stiff, even layered over a denim jacket.

This lining alsowool-back-satin gabardine.

The sleeve lining iscupra stripe.

The buttons areGenuine buffalo horn, with black mother-of-pearl buttons.

An exceptionally durable wool lining, with cupra sleeve lining that lets your arms glide through effortlessly

Leather should not be reserved for special occasions.

In spring, autumn, and winter.

Without making you feel its weight or stiffness.

That is the design philosophy behind this leather piece.

When I was a child, a leather jacket was “a symbol of adulthood.”

Something you wear someday.

it is something you wear when the day comes that it suits you.

But in truth,

It grows more flattering the more you wear it.

Leather is a material that embraces time.

A garment that turns “someday” into today.

For those who want to become adults.

We look forward to seeing you.
