The reverse weave design incorporates vintage details such as a V-gusset at the neck for sweat protection and stretch reinforcement, and flat seam stitching.

The fabric uses fleece knitted with a hanging knitting machine. Although it is very inefficient in production, it is extremely strong and is much more durable and less likely to tear than those knitted with sinkers. Sweatshirts become hard as they are washed, but they do not harden and retain their texture for a long time.
