The denim that becomes “our face.”

僕らの“顔”になるデニム。

Hello.

Ishibashi from cliché.

at long last, from last weekend, cantate’s 25AW has begunhas begun.

The shop is lined with new arrivals, giving us a sense that the season is beginning.

Even as our eyes are drawn to the new lineup, what we keep coming back to is “denim.”

The fact that they continue to be released without change is proof of how much they have been trusted and loved.

unaffected by trends and something we can confidently recommend to anyone, anytime—that is the strength of a staple.

When it comes to cantate staples, there are sweatshirts, drawstring bags, belts, and more,

Among them, the one that could be called the “face” of the collection is the denim series.

There are two jacket styles and three trouser styles.

Trucker Jacket (3rd type)

WWⅡ T-Back Jacket (1st type)

Denim 1955 Trousers (straight)

Denim Tapered Trousers (tapered)

Denim Flare Trousers (flare)

Even for those who say, “I already have denim...”

One of the fascinating things about this series is that quite a few customers buy two or even three in different cuts.

That is how much *different appeal* is packed into each one.

Matsushima-san wrote about the finer details in a recent blog post!

Today, simply,We’ll let the styling speak for itself.

No reason is needed.

Still, I’d be happy if you just thought, “That’s cool.”.

“Denim Flare Trousers”

What you simply cannot leave out is the denim setup.

The combination with Denim Flare Trousers, which draws such beautiful lines, is simply magnificent.

ThisDenim Flare Trousers—above all,the silhouette is exceptional

Some of you may feel a little apprehensive when you hear “flare,” but

In reality, it only looks flared due to an optical illusion; the hems do not actually widen.

The balance is exquisite, giving them a somewhat refined air.

A subtle elegance that a straight, unadorned cut does not have.

Denim setups can easily be avoided when the American-casual feel comes through too strongly.

But adding this flare line gives them a much more refined impression.

To me, these are the two denim setups that define cantate.

Each has its own appeal...

Honestly, it's no wonder you'd want several of them.

In contrast to the authentic silhouette of the 〈Trucker Jacket〉,

The 〈WWⅡ T-Back Jacket〉 has a boxy silhouette, giving it a certain contemporary feel.

Because the body is roomy, you can layer a hoodie or sweater underneath with ease.

Easy to throw on like a blouson, they also work beautifully as an autumn lightweight outer layer.

They pair well with wide-leg pants, and it's nice that you don't have to worry about styling them.

While packing in details that evoke the atmosphere of the period,

What I really love is how they're finished with this sense of balance that feels so right for today.

the Denim 1955 Trousers I'm currently wearing and loving.

They have the widest silhouette among cantate's pants, but

Even so, they are free of quirks and easy to wear without a second thought.

That's precisely why I hope even those who are hesitant about wide-leg pants will give this pair a try.

The rise is slightly deep, naturally creating the impression of wearing them low on the hips.

Tuck in the top,We recommend showing the waist area.

They create a moderately relaxed feel, making it easier to balance the overall look.

but they aren't too slim, either—it's an exquisite balance that never feels restrictive.

I don't usually wear slim tapered jeans myself,

The moderately roomy thigh and silhouette that makes the legs look great felt just right,

Another appeal is their stylish appearance, accentuated by the center crease.

Although each has a completely different character, what they all have in common is──

is simply that they have “a great presence.”

There may not be just one reason,

You can appreciate them as simply “good,” regardless of trends or your mood.is the cantate denim series.

Whether you've never held one in your hands before or already own one.

You can try them on while comparing and discussing the details—but only while all the sizes are still available.

Let's think it over together!
